Beautiful, simple, rustic bathrooms

My absolute favourite interiors style is simple, uncluttered, pared back with vintage and character . Our own bathroom is very, very pink . Not an on trend millennial pink bathroom but a 1913/ Art Deco/ arts and crafts floor to ceiling pink tiled affair. It’s a tiny room with a huge bath, a sink and zero storage. There are exposed chrome pipes, black glass window cill and an amazing stained glass window. The floor is oak and there are 2 original mirrors. I’m describing it to you because I might never show it to you. It’s a real love or hate thing! The husband is totally against changing anything original so he won’t consider us changing it but a girl can dream. While dreaming of the bathroom I’d design for our character house I’ve found these simply gorgeous beauties, I hope you love them!

I absolutely love everything about Courtney Adamo’s Australian home, its so simple, uncluttered yet full of character . I can’t imagine her ever screaming up the stairs ‘who’s got the phone charger’ somehow..

I love this picture by the amazing Tessa Neustadt of the bathroom designed by the amazing American interior designer Leanne Ford using reclaimed and vintage pieces,

This bathroom is warmed up with the sage greeny grey panelling .. it is so simple to achieve using MDF panelling or wooden tongue and groove boards. This image is by Light Locations

Gorgeously rustic. I love the way the vintage door has been used as a shower screen in this beautiful house, again by Atlanta Bartlett

I absolutely love this… by using this huge wooden cabinet and oversized mirror, it almost doesn’t look like a bathroom . This is a brilliant idea if you have space

I’ve left my favourite rustic bathroom util last - this one with was designed by Niki Turner and while the whole spectacular house I absultky stunning, this pared back bathroom wth its exposed copper pipes and simple cladding is in contrast to the scale of the whole house.
