UK STANDARD delivery
Our opening hours for postage are Monday to Friday 8am - 3.30pm
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days - usually we despatch on the same day, on all orders received before 2pm. Orders are delivered within 3-5 days via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked
(excluding bank or public holidays)
STANDARD DELIVERY including handling and packaging via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked is £3.95 within UK
FREE DELIVERY for all Mainland UK orders over £75
UK premium delivery
Delivery within 2 working days - signature required. Orders received before 1pm Monday to Thursday will normally be despatched the same day, unless we are exceptionally busy. Premium Orders placed on a Friday will be received the following Monday.
Delivery with courier, a fully tracked service with one hour delivery window notification, via email or text on day of delivery.
Not going to be in? You can chose to change your delivery address, deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, via the DPD website.
PREMIUM DELIVERY including handling and packaging via courier is £7.95 within UK Orders must be placed before 2pm . Next day
We are happy to arrange overseas delivery for smaller items, we cannot send furniture overseas
We offer a Standard European Delivery Service (5-15 days) for non-UK addresses charged at the below rates.
The relevant International Shipping charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gilbraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, Czech Republic and Vatican City, Channel Islands.
**Please Note: We cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.
Rest of World
Currently our checkout only allows a 'UK' or Europe postage option however if you contact us with details of what you'd like to order we can send an invoice with the additional shipping charges
Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the EU.
furniture or large item delivery
Heavy, fragile items or small to mid-size furniture will be delivered by a 1 MAN service and will be sent separately. Delivery costs from £15 per order and is available to the UK mainland only, this item takes up to 10-15 working days for delivery. We will contact you when we receive your order to confirm delivery costs and dates.
For furniture orders, our 1 MAN delivery company will then contact you directly, to inform you of the delivery slot available.
Please inform our 1 MAN service of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways/corridors.
How do I return an item?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. and we work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your item or it is damaged, we will offer a refund (excluding delivery costs) or replacement, providing that you comply with our policy terms:
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Return the purchase unused and in perfect condition, in the original packing within 14 days.
Understand that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless damaged, so please make sure that items are well packaged and labelled clearly. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Refunds will be given within 5 days of receipt of the goods by us. We cannot offer refunds on: purchases returned after 14 days of your receipt, or where you have not notified us within 10 days of receipt.

What if an item is out of stock?
If there is something you'd like which is showing out of stock, please contact us for up to date information .
If for any reason an item is out of stock but the system has allowed you to place an order we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.
My priority is that your order reaches you safely so packaging is practical rather than pretty, and I recycle and reuse as much packaging as I can. So while I can't promise the box will be pretty, the contents will be!
